The Product-CharOil Hickory imparts a refined, mellow smoke taste. It is a partially hydrogenated soybean oil extract of a natural hickory smoke flavor.
Physical Properties-Golden brown oil with a mellow hickory smoke aroma.
Suggested Uses-With its mellow smoke taste, CharOil Hickory can be used in canned meats and fish, sausage, snack foods, meat analoges, bean products and salad oils. Recommended for direct addition application with usage levels of 2-5 oz/100 lb product.
Miscellaneous-Small quantities of aqueous smoke may precipitate to bottom of container over time which will not affect performance of product.
